Orange and Persimmon Tart
It’s been raining all day yesterday so I made a super delicious dessert to bring some joy for the day. I’ve always loved the yellow-orange color of the persimmon and it’s aromatic sweetness make this fruit so special. Now let’s say a word about the taste of this wonderful dessert. The base is delicious combination of walnut, shredded coconut, dates, prunes and cacao powder. And to my delight, the combination of sweet persimmon and orange made a light, creamy and fragrant filling. Phew! Not only do I love these flavors together, but I really like these colors together. As you can imagine, this tart tastes like absolute heaven! So basically as good for you as it looks ……

This creation is delish I can’t begin to explain. First up, this is super easy to make. The base is made from fruit pulp from juicing, bananas and almonds. Bit different to ordinary raw pancake recipes and it turned out better than ever! Perfectly balanced in sweetness, the apples, orange and bananas make this into The Pancake….
RawVegan Avocado Chocolate Mousse Cake
Since a few days I was so hungry for chocolate. Who else loves chocolate as much as I do? For me weekends mean “time to make plenty of sweets” for a next week snacing. My freezer is like a box of sweet treasure and the best thing about when I’m looking for something and I find a totally forgotten ice cream sandwich ( what I made a few weeks before ) hidden behind my frozen bananas. I just add some fresh strawberries, coconut whipped cream, drizzled with tahini … ohh, yum breakfast done. Well, back to my cake.
