Ingredients:
4- 5 fresh rhubarb stalks cut into 1- 2 inch pieces,
approximately 15 carrots,
13 apples,
1 inch ginger and 1/2 lime.

1 banana, 1/4 beetroot, 1 cup raspberries, 2 cup hazelnut milk

1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup hazelnut milk, 1 tsp honey

pinch cinnamon or cacao powder for garnish

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana ( frozen )
1/4 cup cold pressed coffee
1+ 1/2 cup cashew milk
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp ground flax seeds
seeds of 1/2 vanilla bean
1 tsp maca powder

Ingredients:
1 cup rhubarb ( chopped )
2 cup strawberries
1 sweet red apple
1/2 cup coconut milk
4- 5 dates
1 tbsp chia seeds
St Patrick’s Day Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 handful kale
1/4 cucumber ( peeled )
1/2 inch ginger ( peeled )
1/2 inch turmeric ( peeled )
1 tsp wheatgrass powder
1 tbsp ground hemp seeds
1 stalk lemongrass
1 cup coconut water
1+ 1/2 cup fresh mixed berry puree
Pomegranate Chia Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup nut milk
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 medium sized beetroot
1 cup blueberries
1 ripe banana ( frozen )
4 dates
1 tbsp chia seeds

Ingredients:
1/3 Cantaloupe melon
1 large carrot
1 red apple
juice of 1 lime
handful ice
Super Healthy Red Juice
Ingredients:
3 medium beetroot
14 juicy orange ( peeled )
2- 4 inch fresh turmeric root
The Green Juice
Ingredients:
6 red apple
1 lemon ( peeled )
1 cucumber
3 parsnip
2 handful kale
handful parsley
1 stalk lemongrass
Drink the rainbow – The Yellow Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cup pineapple ( peeled )
2 cup honeydew melon ( peeled )
1/2 cup ripe mango ( peeled )
3/4 cup coconut water
1 inch or a bit more fresh turmeric root ( peeled )
You can add a tablespoon or two of:
hemp or chia seeds
You can also add a teaspoon or two of:
lucuma or baobab powder to your smoothie
Top with passion fruit and bee pollen.
