  • 1+ ⅓ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 ripe persimmon, peeled
  • 1 heaping tbsp coconut sugar
  • ⅛ tsp turmeric powder
  • ⅛ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 heaping + ½ tbsp agar flakes
  1. Add all the ingredients (except agar flakes) to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. In a saucepan, combine the agar flakes with the juice mixture and bring to a boil. Stir constantly to prevent sticking. Lower the heat and stir for about 5 to 10 minutes. It will turn into a thick paste. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into silicon molds. Refrigerate until firm. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
