  • 4 ripe banana
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice
  • ¾ cup finely shredded coconut
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture onto your non-stick dehydrator sheets and spread the mixture evenly into pancake shape. They should be about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Dehydrate at 140°F for 2 hours, decrease heat to 118°F and continue to dehydrate for 4 - 6 hours (they should be soft and flexible, do not over-dehydrate).
  4. Shape into a cone and freeze.
