This creation is delish I can’t begin to explain. First up, this is super easy to make. The base is made from fruit pulp from juicing, bananas and almonds. Bit different to ordinary raw pancake recipes and it turned out better than ever! Perfectly balanced in sweetness, the apples, orange and bananas make this into The Pancake….

First time trying overnight oats and it’s turned out amazingly yummy!
Superfood stuffed Overnight oats with “fried” Banana kind of day. It’s a perfect healthy and nourishing breakfast for everyone. Easy to prepare when time gets sort, specially in the mornings and no any cooking skills needed. Simply mix together in a jar 1:1 oats and milk, stir well and let sit overnight in the fridge. Top with your favourites and ready to eat. For now I’m going to enjoy this and afterwards do some studying. Enjoy your day!…

Here’s another breakfast inspiration to start the week right. And this sunny morning calls for tropical smoothie bowl. It was mango, pineapple, banana blended up with homemade coconut milk. Topped with more mango, mandarin, passion fruit, coconut chips and sprinkled with Baobab powder. Seriously pure bliss.
This smoothie bowl is simple, easy to prepare, super healthy, great breakfast alternative and you really don’t need much ingredients. All you have to do is put the bananas in the freezer a night before and literally takes 2 minutes to make.
