Persimmon, orange and banana puree & Chocolate chia pudding with fresh persimmon, pomelo and hemp seeds for breakfast.
Ingredients for chia pudding:
1 cup nut milk of choice
3 tbsp chia seeds
1+ 1/2 tbsp cacao or carob powder
1 tsp superfood of choice (baobab, lucuma, maca powder)
1 tsp date paste or your preferred sweetener to taste
Add the chia seeds to a jar with a tight fitting lid, pour in your nut milk and sweetener. Close lid and then shake it well. Then shake again, and then again. If you don’t shake it enough, the liquid won’t incorporate and you’ll end up with clumps that are not very nice. Place it in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes or overnight for the best texture.
Ingredients for fruit puree:
1 ripe persimmon
1 orange, peeled
1/2 ripe banana
Blend & Enjoy!
