Yes, this is just happened – Raw Vegan Peanut Balls is to die for – The perfect healthy snack. Like the others, these quick and easy little balls are packed with great flavor and nutrition.
No baking required, you just need the “quick pulse” of the food processor and the final result will be delicious! I loved the sweet and slightly salty combination of the dates and peanut. And for fun, I also threw in a little bit of ground cinnamon because yum.
No crap, only healthy stuff! Totally addicting and I just ate my last one, sad but true! Mmmm I love these, feel free to play around with this recipe!

Raw Vegan Peanut Balls
Recipe makes 16 bite sized balls
Ingredients:
3/4 cup peanut, ground into a fine powder
1/2 cup shredded coconut, ground into a fine powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp pink salt
2 heaped tbsp peanut butter, homemade preferred
1/2 cup soft dates
1/8 cup filtered water
Place coconut, peanut into a food processor fitted with the S blade and process into a fine flour. Add remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Pour the mixture in a small bowl and place in a fridge for about 30 minutes ( or until the mixture firm enough to roll into balls ). Remove from fridge and form mixture into small balls. Roll with coating of your choice, I used
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup peanut
1 heaped tbsp flax seeds
Place all ingredients into a food processor/ blender and ground into a fine powder.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.

Wow! These sounds amazing! Sounds very decadent. Very devilicious and dangerous – only because I’d likely pop in way more than I should, lol! I LOVE peanut butter anything. I’ll definitely have to try these!
