I was experimenting yesterday with a raw flat bread without any nuts, turned out great! This nutritious bread is made from loads of goodness, nut and oil-free dehydrated zucchini flat bread topped with mashed avocado and sesame seeds. Simplicity ♥
Simple and tasty bread replacement. Delicious alone or with toppings. It‘s easy and quick to make, however the soaking and dehydrating time is a little lengthy.
Ingredients:
recipe makes 1 tray
2 cup zucchini
1/4 tsp salt
Place all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the S blade and process until smooth.
2 cup buckwheat,soaked 2 hours
1/4 cup hemp seeds, soaked 2 hours
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
Remove mixture from food processor and pour into a large bowl.
Next add in the remaining ingredients and stir together until evenly combined.
Spread over dehydrator sheet about an inch thick.
Dehydrate at 140°F for 2 hour, decrease heat to 115°F and continue to dehydrate for 4 hours. Use knife to create the desired shapes. Flip and remove dehydrator sheet. Continue to dehydrate for another 4 hours or until dry. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Enjoy!

These look great! But what kind of texture do they have? Crispy? Or more like real bread?
Hi Julia, It has such a great soft, moist texture inside the bread with crunchy the outside. More like the nut and seed bars.
