This was my delicious breakfast this morning nom nom nom … Oh boy!
This was a goodie!
1/4 cup buckwheat, soaked, sprouted and dehydrated
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup flax seeds
Put your crust ingredients into a food processor fitted with the S blade and pulse into crumbs.
1 tbsp coconut nectar, or 1/4 cup soaked dates/raisins
1 tbsp coconut oil
and blend until a sticky mix forms. Place the bowl into the fridge while preparing the cream.
Ingredients for the cream:
juice of 2 lime
your choice of sweetener
Place avocados, lime juice and sweetener in a blender/food processor and process until (just make sure to process the cream for a while) smooth.
