… when you need your coffee fix – Coffee nanaicecream with all the toppings HOLY MOLY!
for the ice cream blend for a few second – one shot espresso or 1/4 cup cold pressed coffee with 1 tsp lucuma powder + 1/2 vanilla bean, add frozen bananas and blend by using the tamper until reaches a smooth ice cream looking. Top with whatever you fancy! That’s it, enjoy!
Ingredients for the bliss balls:
1 cup dates, soaked
1 heaped tbsp tahini, or your preferred seed/nut butter
1 heaped cacao or carob powder
1 cup shredded coconut
Combine all the ingredients in the food processor fitted with the S blade and process until the mixture form a stick ball.
Wet your hands a little bit and roll about a spoonfuls of the dough into little balls.
1/4 cup shredded coconut to roll
Store in the fridge.
