The word of healthy food is enormous! Who needs processed sugar loaded cookies, lollies …. anything when you can enjoy them the Healthiest Way. Raw Vegan Banana Cinnamon Rolls – my first time ever having them and Wow what I’ve been missing out! They’re such a sweet and delicious breakfast or afternoon pick me up. It was seriously good. Like crazy good;)
The only ingredients are bananas, mulberries, raisins, cinnamon and water.
Sounds like perfect and easy, it’s too yummy to miss isn’t it?
Simply peel and cut bananas length-wise into 2 pieces each. I used 6 bananas to get 3 cinnamon rolls. Place them on dehydrator trays and dehydrate on 118°F for 3-4 hours. Once the bananas are soft enough to roll without to breaking them, but not dry ( it’s important ) they ready to roll on at this point.
In a high speed blender blend 1 cup raisins, 1/4 cup mulberries, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4cup + 1 tbsp (or as much you need to create a sticky texture) filtered water or coconut water until smoot.
Take banana slices out of the dehydrator and spread the pure (above) evenly on each banana slice. For next – roll them up from one end to the other. I used 4 banana slices for 1 roll. But you can roll several slices around one other to get a thicker roll. Place back in the dehydrator and dehydrate on 118°F for another 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
» You can also make this in the oven, just make sure you set the oven to a lowest temperature for best results.
