Who doesn’t love an ice cream? There is seriously nothing taste better than a really good fresh ice cream in a homemade ice cream cone! Perfect healthy treat for hot summer days. Oh and did I mention it’s incredibly easy to make?! – it’s true Raw Vegan Ice Cream Cones
4 ripe banana
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp lucuma powder
1 tbsp sweetener of your choice
3/4 cup finely shredded coconut
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.
Pour the mixture onto your non-stick dehydrator sheets and spread the mixture evenly into pancake shape. They should be about 1/4 inch thick.
Dehydrate at 140°F for 2 hours, decrease heat to 118°F and continue to dehydrate for 4 – 6 hours (they should be soft and flexible, do not over-dehydrate).
Shape into a cone, freeze and perfect🍦 they are actually really good ice cream cones, it’s sweet and crunchy just like they should be …. Oh my word. This was delicious!!

For the ice cream – take 3 bananas, chop and freeze overnight. Add cherries + coconut milk or spinach, hemp + coconut milk and blend on high speed (by using the tamper). Serve as it is or simply sprinkle on top with shredded coconut, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, …. feel free to add your favorite.!
