And I’m back finally back 🙂 to kitchen Ohh, how I missed my blender … this was my breakfast yesterday. Epic Spirulina, Mint & Choc chip nana icecream! It’s super delicious, creamy and as always, this recipe is raw, vegan, dairy and refined sugar free! Best of all, it’s only 5 ingredients! Can’t wait to make it again!!
Spirulina, mint & choc chip nana icecream to kick of the weekend, have a good one cuties!
You’ll need: high speed blender
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Makes 1 serving
1/3 cup coconut water
1/3 cup fresh mint
1 tsp spirulina powder
Place coconut water, spirulina powder and mint in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
3 frozen banana
Add frozen bananas and blend by using the tamper until reaches a smooth ice cream looking.
1 tbps cacao nibs
Mix with cacao nibs and enjoy!
- ⅓ cup coconut water
- ⅓ cup fresh mint
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 3 frozen banana
- 1 tbps cacao nibs

- Add frozen (sliced) bananas and blend by using the tamper until reaches a smooth ice cream looking.
- Mix with cacao nibs and enjoy!
