Good morning peeps! The best thing about day off – breakfast in bed.
First time trying overnight oats and it’s turned out amazingly yummy!
Superfood stuffed Overnight oats with “fried” Banana kind of day. It’s a perfect healthy and nourishing breakfast for everyone. Easy to prepare when time gets sort, specially in the mornings and no any cooking skills needed. Simply mix together in a jar 1:1 oats and milk, stir well and let sit overnight in the fridge. Top with your favourites and ready to eat. For now I’m going to enjoy this and afterwards do some studying. Enjoy your day!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup your choice of milk ( I used coconut )
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
“fried” bananas
almonds
blueberries
bee pollen
cacao powder
hibiscus powder
shredded coconut
