This smoothie bowl is simple, easy to prepare, super healthy, great breakfast alternative and you really don’t need much ingredients. All you have to do is put the bananas in the freezer a night before and literally takes 2 minutes to make.
Spirulina Breakfast Smoothie Bowl – Yes, it’s as yummy as it looks! Bananas I love you!!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup full fat organic coconut milk ( chilled )
1 fresh banana + 1 frozen banana
or 2 frozen bananas up to you
1 tsp lucuma powder
1 tsp spirulina powder
How to prepare:
Combine coconut water, chilled milk cream, spirulina powder, lucuma powder, 1 fresh banana in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Add frozen banana and blend ( by using a tamper ) until smooth and creamy.
Top with your favorites, I used plums, blueberries, raw cacao powder and bee pollen.
